Education

Dr. Carl Morton is an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Hawaii, School of Medicine and past Chief of Staff at Kapi`olani Medical Center for Women and Children. He is a graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine, and completed his residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He is also a consultant to the Hawaii Department of Regulatory Agencies, a former member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists Ethics Committee and a former Commissioner on the Hawaii State Ethics Commission. Dr. Morton is a member of the medical advisory committee — Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs for the State of Hawaii.
