Our Surgical Facility
We would like your visit with us to be comfortable, convenient, and private. So that your procedure is performed safely and efficiently, your surgery is performed in our easily accessible, fully licensed surgery center. Our 23 hour surgical suites, with skilled plastic surgery nursing, provide a less expensive alternative to hospitalization after surgery.

Dr. Dascombe’s primary plastic surgery office is in Savannah, Georgia. He also has plastic surgery offices in Statesboro, Georgia and Vidalia, Georgia where he addresses the skin cancer and cosmetic surgery needs of those who live in Claxton, Hazlehurst, Metter, Swainsboro, McRae, Reidsville, Sylvania and Baxley.

Personal Interests
Dr. Dascombe is on the United Way Cabinet and the Board of the YMCA. He actively participates in Boy Scouts and his local church. Dr. Dascombe is an Eagle Scout and a pipe organist. He enjoys catamaran sailing and is a daily runner.

Experience
Over the past 12 years, Dr. Dascombe has performed over 15,000 operations on children and adults. Dr. Dascombe specializes in cosmetic surgery. His experience with cosmetic surgery is extensive as he has performed over 1000 breast augmentations, 300 breast lifts, 800 breast reductions, 500 tummy tucks, 500 liposuctions, 200 facelifts, and rhinoplasties.

He has operated on over 1000 individuals with skin cancer.

Dr. Dascombe has authored over a dozen scientific papers, including 2 book chapters. His writing has focused on the healing of the skin.

Teacher
Dr. Dascombe has won awards for teaching medical students and residents in training. He has given over 100 presentations for local, regional, national and international audiences.

Dr. Dascombe has garnished numerous grants to study the growth of skin and wound healing. He has performed research at the National Institutes of Health and has been a Research Fellow at Norfolk, Virginia, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Personal
Dr. Dascombe is married and has 1 child. He actively participates in the leadership of the YMCA and his local church. He is an Eagle Scout and is a student of the piano and pipe organ. He enjoys running, golf, swimming, and tennis.
