This 29 year old from Los Angeles, California was interested in revisionary breast surgery after being left extremely unsatisfied from her breast augmentation results with a previous surgeon. She searched online for an experienced plastic surgeon to perform her breast surgery. The patient found double board certified surgeon, Dr. Tom Pousti and was extremely impressed with his many years in practice and credentials. Upon examination, Dr. Pousti confirmed the patient needed breast revision surgery to repair "bottoming out" of her implants. Dr. Pousti performed capsulorrhaphy, internal sutures and use allograft to repair the breast pockets. The patient's previous implants were replaced with 700cc silicone gel implants. The patient is now 10 weeks post-op and extremely satisfied with her breast revision surgery.
