Dr. Tamara Densmore is the founder and medical director of the Revitalization Medical Institute and the RMI Med Spa in Sarasota, Florida. She is state licensed and board certified and is an advanced Fellow with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Dr. Densmore has over 10 years experience in the practice of medicine in both Sarasota and Venice, Florida.
Dr. Densmore is dedicated to providing her patients the newest and best medical practices available in anti-aging medicine including bioidentical hormone balancing, weight loss programs, nutritional supplementation and healthy lifestyle counseling.

After a detailed consultation, examination and assessment she recommended the HCG diet. for me. She explained the program in great length and detail and sent me home with her cell phone number. Yes, she actually took my calls and skyped with me to look at my results along the way. Once the 40 day program was completed, I then initiated the dietary protocol she gave me.
