History: The Straith Clinic was founded in Detroit in the early 1930’s and has more than seventy years of continuous experience in cosmetic surgery, more than any facility in southeast Michigan. Utilizing this rich history allows the surgeons to provide patients with expertise and experience, thus better results.
“Our long history makes us a better practice,” says Dr. William Sabbagh. “We’ve seen many surgical techniques come and go, and we know the procedures that will provide patients with the most reliable and long-lasting outcomes.”
Certification: William Sabbagh, MD, is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery – the gold standard of certification. Enrique Sabbagh, MD is a Professional Associate of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Facility and Accreditation:: The doctors perform most of their surgeries in the Straith Clinic’s own AAAHC accredited operating suite. AAAHC accreditation underscores our long-standing commitment to providing high quality care to the communities we serve.
“This allows for more flexibility in scheduling and more convenience and privacy for our patients,” says Dr. Sabbagh.
Trained Staff: We have a support staff of over twenty employees many with more than ten years of employment with The Straith Clinic.
Hospital Affiliations: Should you choose to have your surgery in a hospital; the surgeons hold affiliations with William Beaumont Hospital, and St. John Providence Hospital and Straith Hospital for Special Surgery in Southfield.
Cost: Our fees are very competitive. We also provide a complimentary consultation with a plastic surgeon and financing is available. Appointments are available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We are closed Friday and some appointments are available on Saturday.
Seminars: The Straith Clinic additionally offers free educational seminars throughout the year so that you can learn about the latest and safest techniques for various procedures.
