Office Hours
Plastic Surgery Center, PC is located in the Centennial Medical Square Building adjacent to Memorial Hospital. We are on the fifth floor in Suite 511. Please use the parking garage located on Lafayette Street located between Bartlett Street and Navarre Street. We are across the street from the South Bend Medical Foundation adjacent to the Emergency Room entrance. Our office hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Dr. Zucker sees new patients on Mondays and Fridays. Dr. Zucker is contracted with most insurances. Please contact the office with any insurance questions.
