Blepharoplasty (Asian Eyes) Pictures

Older asian woman without natural eyelid crease complaining about saggy eyelid skin both upper and lower. An upper Asian eyelid blepharoplasty was performed to create a crease and remove excess skin. Laser Fractionated CO2 was used for her lower eyelids to tighten up the skin.

This patient in her 20's came in for a consultation for double eyelid surgery. She wanted a nasally tapered crease, narrow width.

Young Asian female who desired creation of an eyelid fold (Asian blepharoplasty). Because of her age and amount of excess skin, "suture technique" would not have given her a lasting, satisfactory result. Instead, an "open incison technique" with anchoring stitches was performed.
