In 1980 the patient had to undergo another surgery for encapsulation and remove the scar tissue. After 30 years the patient had a rupture and needed them to be removed and replaced. This patient is a registered nurse case manager and knew of many cosmetic surgeons but felt that Dr Pousti was the most experienced and had seen that his patients have wonderful results.
