Describe the most rewarding experience that you have had working with a patient?

"My experience has helped me considerably in my interaction with patients," he said. "Many people are nervous about having hair transplant surgery. I pride myself in being able to address concerns with each patient on an individual level."

What makes your specialties the right fields of medicine for you?

A fellow physician introduced Dr. Robert Niedbalski to surgical hair restoration more than 18 years ago. "I loved the opportunity and challenges hair transplantation offered," he said. "It was a wonderful way to combine my technical skills and creativity in the practice of medicine. "Dr. Niedbalski's own surgical and artistic skills have evolved with the field and he is able to offer his patients the "gold standard" of unltra-refined follicular unit hair transplantation.

Can you tell us in your own words what you consider a perfect outcome of a surgical procedure?

The perfect outcome of hair transplant surgery is a completely natural and undectable head of hair that is appropriate for the patients age and facial dimensions.
