I wanted to recommend Doctors weight control. I started the program 6 months ago. I was 210lbs. I am now 160lbs. This program has been very successful. The program has taught me the nutritional way to eat. Unlike other programs it does not cut out carbohydrates. So when i reach my weight goal i know i won't gain everything back. Dr.Bartemus and his staff have been absolutely wonderful. They have taught me a program that i will follow the rest of my life. I am very thankful to Dr.Bartemus for coming up with a program that doesnt starve you. There is also a really great massage therapist on staff. She has been very helpful with massage and stretching.They also have a sauna. The sauna is amazing. It helps detoxing the blood stream and burn calories. It's my new favorite place to be besides the gym and home.I recommend this clinic for everyone.
