I live in the San Francisco Bay Area. About a year ago, my wife and I decided that we wanted another child, but I had a vasectomy about 7 years ago. I spent numerous hours researching physicians/urologists that had expertise in vasovasostomy (vasectomy reversals). I researched on the internet and by contacting physicians throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Based on my research, there was no better qualified physician than Dr. Pugach. He was highly recommended by both previous patients and professional reviews. Although I reside over 400 miles away from his office, communication was excellent (both detailed and timely). I never had any questions or concerns that were not answered immediately. On February 16th, 2012, Dr. Pugach performed the surgery (vasectomy reversal) at the Los Alamitos Surgery Center. I could not have asked for a better experience. The surgery went very smooth and the recovery went better than I could have ever hoped for. Other than a few days of as expected mild discomfort (which ice and bed rest took care of), I was back to normal quickly. My family and I want to personally thank Dr. Pugach and his staff for being so professional and making this a wonderful experience.
