I wanted to extend my thanks to you and your staff. My experience at Your Best Image couldn't have been better. The professionalism and friendly nature of everyone in the office made the time spent very pleasant. The time taken to ensure I was educated about the options, concerns and expectations of the breast augmentation procedure added to my comfort level with the procedure itself as well as my confidence that I had chosen the right professionals to do the work.

I'd also like to note how pleased I am with the inconspicuous nature of the scars. As we discussed had the incisions been under the breast there would have been very little opportunity to mask or hide them. As I watch the progress of the healing of the under-the-arm incisions, I feel confident that if scars are even visable they will be well concealed due to where you made them. Clearly the purpose of this surgery was to enhance my appearance and the placement of the incisions increased my satisfaction with the outcome of the surgery significantly. I was pleased you were willing to take the extra time and effort necessary to do the under arm incision as opposed to the under breast. Neither of the other surgeons were willing to put in the extra effort yet their prices were greater than yours.

The other two doctors I consulted with did not illustrate the importance of post operative care and told me to expect the bruising and swelling to last 3 to 5 weeks. Thanks to your insistence that I was diligent and consistent in my efforts to follow the post operative care instructions, particularly, icing, my bruising was eliminated it two weeks. The other two doctors I consulted with mentioned icing after surgery, however did not take the time to discuss with me the signifance this would have on my comfort, the severtiy of the bruising and the speed of my recovery. I was expecting the bruising to be much worse and last much longer. Within one week of my surgery the bruising was almost gone, within two weeks the swelling was mostly gone an I was feeling 99% normal.

I cannot stress enough how helpful follow up phone calls and visits were in terms of giving me every opportunity to ask questions and mention concerns. Calling doctors during or after business hours always makes me feel as if I am interrupting them (generally doctors are not sitting around waiting for my phone calls). Dr Joseph calling to check on me and providing me with a comfortable opportunity to ask questions and ensure that I was healing as expected made me feel confident that everything was as it should have been.

So thank you again, Dr. Joseph, for a great first (hopefully only) surgical experience. I look great, feel great and am thrilled with the results. I plan to recommend you and your office to my 5 million closest friends as referrals are truly the best form of gratitude and the most significant complement I have to offer. Please do not hesitate to offer a copy of this letter or even my cell number to other patients as a reference. I'd be more than happy to take the time to discuss my experience with them.
