Gwyneth Paltrow states,”I don’t mind a few wrinkles and freckles. I had this laser treatment recently, Thermage, and it took a couple of years off my face but I haven’t had any plastic surgery yet”.

Jessica Simpson is the new face of Weight Watchers and reportedly shed more than a few pounds after her recent pregnancy. However, critics are suggesting that Simpson didn’t lose the weight with the help of the calorie-controlled Weight Watchers program, but went under the knife instead. A recent story in Star magazine sparked rumors across the web that Jessica Simpson had plastic surgery to lose some of those pregnancy pounds. The headline in Star points out that Jessica Simpson, “is desperate to lose her baby weight – even if it means going under the knife.”

Reality star Renee Graziano's excitement over a body makeover during the first season of VH1's Mob Wives last year was so short lived she almost died during the surgery. But her New York city plastic surgeon says it was just drama she created to get reality show attention and filed suit last week against her and several other companies for $77 million.

Just two months ago, Graziano revealed the results of surgery from her second New York plastic surgeon. "I finally got my ass fine, and I am very happy!" she said to RadarOnline of Dr. Michael Fiorillo's work.

Miley Cyrus is undergoing a makeover, freshening up her look with a spiky new haircut and to the surprise of many fans, augmenting her lips. Recent pictures of Miley show her with much a much thicker and larger pout, which could be the result of a lip augmentation procedure. Lip plumping treatments are among the most popular minimally-invasive treatments and are usually performed with some type of filler. Restylane and Juvederm are some of the popular injectable used to enhance the lips, and many people believe these fillers produce the most natural appearance.

Khloe Kardashian made headlines recently after the paparazzi caught her with the infamous “trout pout” – the result of too many injectable fillers in the lips. Kim Kardashian’s younger sister appeared to have some very swollen and lumpy lips after leaving a Beverly Hills salon last week and many are suspecting that that star had cosmetic surgery. Celebrity plastic surgery doctor Dr. Anthony Youn did not treat Khloe Kardashian but believes that the star did have some type of injectable filler. He tells RadarOnline.com, “Khloe has a trout pout! The excessively plump appearance of her lips could be due to injections of a filler like Juvederm. Her upper lip is larger than her lower lip, causing her mouth to resemble a trout’s. Most injectable fillers last about 6 months in the lips, so given enough time we may see her lips shrink to a smaller and more typical size.” Another plastic surgery doctor, Dr. Michael Fiorellio who is based in New York City, made a similar conclusion. He suspects that Khloe had some type of filler treatment because, “Her lips look swollen and bruised. The product looks lumpy as well”. Dr. Fiorellio is suggesting that this Kardashian sister had either Juvederm or Restylane injections to make her lips appear larger and fuller. Injectable fillers are among the most popular types of non-invasive cosmetic enhancements around the country, and are an attractive option for women who want to add volume to their lips, fill out hollows in their cheeks, and diminish the appearance of wrinkles and lines. They’re also more affordable than having surgery and can be a convenient option for those who don’t want to deal with the long downtime and recovery process associate with a surgical procedure like lip implants or a facelift.

If you want luscious lips like Khloe Kardashian search for a cosmetic surgery doctor in your area now!

One of the secrets to Jennifer Lopez’s youthful looks is her heart-shaped face. Jennifer’s plump, lifted cheeks help her retain a very youthful appearance and this feature has been deemed the cornerstone of a younger-looking face. As we get older, the fat in our cheeks tends to disappear and this area can even appear hollowed out. Plastic surgeons recommend facial fillers to restore the lost volume in the cheeks or even fat grafting if you want a more permanent solution.

Restylane, a popular facial filler for wrinkles and fine lines, has recently received FDA approval for lip augmentation procedures. Cosmetic surgeons and medical spas can now offer Restylane as a lip-plumping treatment and studies show that this filler may be very effective for creating thick, voluminous lips without the need for lip implants.

Restylane was approved as an anti-aging treatment for the treatment of fine lines and wrinkles in 2003, and is often used to treat nasolabial folds. It has been used for lip augmentation on an off-label basis, but may now be marketed and promoted as a filler for lip augmentation procedures.

Dermal fillers continue to be some of the most sought-after procedures for men and women who want to get rid of wrinkles without surgery, and are becoming an in-demand procedure for many who want to side-step the effects of the recession and achieve results with an affordable makeover. However, a recent report for the UK suggests that many people experience a variety of complications with permanent cosmetic fillers than with any other types of cosmetic injections on the market.

According to the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (BAAPS), 38.5% of surgeons who saw 1 to 3 patients over the past year experienced significant complications with permanent facial fillers, and 23% of surgeons who saw 1 to 3 patients in the past year had complications so severe that surgery was needed to make the corrections.  (Source: MedicalNewsToday.com)
