Help, Is there any buttock implants that are successful. I have been waiting and looking for over 10 years. I am willing to experiment. Thank you.

Answer:

Breast implants made of foam rubber or filled with silicone gel have been tried for over 30 years to increase the size of the buttocks and have generally been unsuccessful. If one has unlimited funds, you might consider a microvascular free-flap transfer of tissue from the lower abdomen to the buttocks. It is a lengthy, extremely expensive procedure and it is possible that the transferred tissue may not survive. Good luck.
