This patient was devastated after losing her breast to cancer. She had a delayed Latissimus Flap reconstruction with placement of a Tissue Expander soon after her mastectomy. At the second stage we exchanged the expander for a silicone gel implant. At the same time a silicone gel implants was put on the right side to increase her size.
