2192 Follicular Unit Grafts. This patient (NS) had the entire balding scalp hair transplanted using 2192 grafts using only follicular unit grafts. In the hairline where a natural appearance is the goal, ultra fine follicular unit grafts of 1-2 hairs per grafts were strategically placed in the frontal hairline. The appearance is so natural that is virtually undetectable. Behind the hairline where density is the goal, 3-6 hairs per follicular unit grafts were strategically placed. NS is not yet complete but his hairline is now further down and he now he has much more density throughout. The hairline and crown look very natural.
