This is a 70 year old female who received a face lift, neck lift, lip augmentation by fat injections / transfer to the lips for turkey neck, sagging neck skin, neck laxity, neck bands, jowls, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, facial dropping, and deep wrinkles.
