This patient had a prior mini-facelift in order to improve her neck. She was pleased with the improvement of the mini-facelift; however, she still had a sagging neck. She had full necklift with corset platysmaplasty and liposuction of the neck, as well as a revision of her lower facelift using a deep-plane technique.
