This patient complained of excess upper eyelid skin. On examination of her eyelids and eyebrows, she had assymetry of her upper eyelids with significantly more excess skin on the right side than left side. Further examination of her eyebrows and eyelids reveal that her left eyebrow was higher than the right and she had hollowing on the left eyelid relative to the right eyelid. She had an upper eyelid surgery with a one-piece fat graft inserted into her left upper eyelid hollow. The improvement is apparent in the right oblique view.
