This patient had a prior double eyelid surgery in Japan in her 20's. She came in for a consultation for double eyelid surgery and lower eyelid surgery. She wanted a nasally tapered crease, narrow width. She also wanted her lower eyebags corrected, which was performed transconjunctivally with an arcus marginalis release (no external incision, incision on the inside of the lower eyelid to remove some fat, please contact me if you want further explanation of an arcus marginalis release.)
