This woman had large breasts and was interested in a breast reduction procedure. She was having problems with skin rashes under her breasts, headaches, upper back aches and shoulder pain related to her large breasts. Her breast reduction removed 600 grams of tissue (1.3 pounds)from her left breast and 725 grams from the right. Postoperatively her symptoms were no longer an issue.
