This young man accomplished with diet and exercise what most of us just dream on. He lost almost 100lb without surgery. Unfortunately, the skin did not shrink. The patient had a tummy tuck and is extremely happy about the result. I anticipate he finally will be able to go to the beach and take his shirt off in front of other people for the first time in years.
