Point of Entry
Periareola (at the areola) Type of Implant Saline filled Implant Placement Complete Sub-Muscular (below muscles completely)
This is a lady with A cup breasts who wanted to be as large as possible without "looking fake". She elected to have the surgery with the incision under the nipple. She is very happy about the result. Unfortunately, due to her work schedule she was unable to come back for more recent pictures. We used Mentor style 1600 implants. She has a very balances shape.

Details: Small redness under the nipples is irritation from Bacitracin ointment. You can barely see the scar now. In a few month the breasts will settle, look even more natural and the scars will be even less noticable.
