This patient was unhappy with her heavy brow, along with her upper and lower eyelids. To acheive the look she wanted, she had an endosccopic browlift, which involves only a few small incisions in the scalp. Some of the excess skin was removed from the upper eyelids and fat was removed from the lower eyelids to get rid of the puffiness. She now looks rested and refreshed.
