34 year old, Female, 130 lbs, 5'5", Fair skin tone
This woman disliked the deflation and descent of her nipples that she experienced after breastfeeding her 2 children. She was happy with the size of her breasts in a bra (34B),but she desired a perkier shape with more superior fullness. A periareolar mastopexy or lift combined with an augmentation was performed. She chose Mentor 325cc Moderate Plus Gel implants. She is very pleased with her final result.
