Pre-op, she wore a 36C bra. She wanted to be slighlty larger, but her primary goal was better shape and perkiness to her breasts. A vertical mastopexy or breast lift with augmentation was performed to achieve her goals. Mentor 275cc Moderate Plus Gel implants were used for the augmentation. In order to complete her "before baby body" makeover, she also had an abdominoplasty or tummy tuck.

Details: As you can see, the vertical scar on her lower abdomen was completely removed with her tummy tuck. She also had full muscle plication performed to give her a tight, flat abdomen.
