Periareola (at the areola) Type of Implant Saline filled Implant Placement Complete Sub-Muscular (below muscles completely)
Patient experienced loss of breast volume from weight loss. Also had some concern about asymmetry. Slightly different implant sizes were used to correct the asymmetry.
