Before and after pictures of the new Cosmelan MD formulation. Unfortunately, the makers of Cosmelan and Cosmelan MD have led practitioners like us on a 1-2 year journey where they have gone from the "original" Cosmelan formula - that worked very well - to a second Cosmelan formulation - that did not work so well - and finally to Cosmelan MD - which we are getting good results with. Even more unfortunate is that the whole time that they were dispensing the second formulation, they were getting feedback from practices like ours that something drastic had changed because it was not working well anymore. But thankfully, we now have Cosmelan MD - view the results in these pictures.
