This lady was referred because she was unhappy with the appearance and function of her teeth. A long range plan was developed to provide her with a beautiful smile that functioned well.

Details: Extraction of two hopeless premolars & a sinus graft were accomplished, as well as placement of three implants & a provisional bridge. (See Angle 2 Before photo)

Details: The Before photo shows a provisional bridge placed the day of surgery. The After photo shows the permanent bridge for the upper right.
