Description: This young man had an extreme fear of dentistry and was unable to bring himself to schedule routine care. When his situation became intolerable, he was finally able to seek help. He learned that false teeth were not a good long term option; since bone loss continues to occur under the denture. Eventually, he would show the results of losing teeth, making him look old before his time. What he wanted was 'Teeth Right Now'.

Details: The upper teeth were hopeless; however, most of the lower teeth were savable. The After photo shows his smile the day he was treated. His lower teeth were cleaned. All upper teeth were removed and replaced that day with a nonremovable implant supported bridge.

Details: In this 'Before' picture our patient would have had a difficult time getting a date. However, in the 'After' photo our tall, handsome, and very nice young gentleman should have no difficulty in that department.
