Point of Entry
Periareola (at the areola) Type of Implant Saline filled Implant Placement Partial Sub-Muscular (sub-pectoral, below pectoral)
She was 38B and wanted a better shape and areolar size reduction with a some lifting.
Our plan was a periareolar type lift with subfascial 450cc implants to become a 38D
