Joy is from San Antonio, Texas who came to see Dr. Schaffer as a second consultation for a Breast Augmentation. The patient was very concerned about the possible keloid scarring on the breasts if she did the breast lift as previously recommended. The patient was willing to allow Dr. Schaffer to augment her breasts in hopes of getting a good result instead of having breast lift surgery with the possibility of visible keloid scarring. Saline implants of 325 cc filled to 375 cc was placed behind the muscle using a very small incision in the armpit. The patient is so thankful to Dr. Schaffer for his expertise and loves her result.
