This patient came to Dr. Schaffer requesting a consultation for a Breast Augmentation and Breast Lift procedure. Being a mother of three children she was unhappy with the sagging and lack of fullness of her breasts. Dr. Schaffer and the patient decided that a breast lift combined surgical procedure with saline implants would meet the patients desired goal. Pre-surgical bra size was 34 C which is now a full D with 275 cc implants filled to 300 cc. A beautiful result was obtained with minimal scarring.
