This 46 year-old woman saw us in our Santa Rosa office with concerns over premature aging. She had significant sun damage, fine wrinkling, and loosening of her neck tissues. We recommended a facelift/necklift to treat the loose neck area as well as a TCA peel to help with the sun damage and fine wrinkling. Her postoperative result shows marked improvement in her neck line and lateral facial wrinkles. She felt that her new appearance made her look as good as she felt inside.
