This 42 year-old woman who had had two previous C-sections was at an ideal weight for her height, but was unable to tighten her abdominal area despite exercise. She had a wide separation of her muscles after pregnancy. She had an abdominoplasty in our Santa Rosa plastic surgery office. Her postoperative course was uncomplicated and she is thrilled with her new figure. As a side benefit, some lower back pain that she used to have also got better after her abdominoplasty.
