Young man with substantial breast tissue underwent subcutaneous mastectomy (removal of breast gland) for gynecomastia. He had been much heavier and had lost a lot of weight. Despite his young years his skin is somewhat lax, but he demonstrates a dramatic improvement following sugery. As the post-operative photos are approximately two weeks after surgery he still has some bruising.
