Middle-aged lady who underwent a large amount of weight gain and loss. Her breasts became empty and droopy. She required placement of a round, cohesive gel silicone implant under the pectoralis muscle to restore the volume of the breast while the nipple-areola was moved upwards and excess skin removed (mastopexy). This produced a large, firmer, and more shapely breast. At the same time she underwent a complete tummy tuck (abdominoplasty).
