Young Oriental lady wishes to have accentuation of upper eyelid fold and correction of fatty bulges in lower eyelids. The after photo is taken on the 4th day after surgery when the sutures have just been removed. Note the small bruise in the left upper eyelid. The scars just below the lower lid eyelashes and in the upper lid crease are quite inconspicuous.
