Young woman who underwent gastric bypass procedure and lost around 170 lbs. has loose, droopy, fairly empty breasts, lax abdominal skin with a bulging abdomen due to muscle laxity. She underwent breast lift with augmentation using an implant as well as abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) as a combined procedure under one anaesthetic. The pictures are only about a week and a half after surgery.
