Details: Note heaviness in the upper eyelids and puffiness of the lower eyelids. One has to be careful with male eyelid lift surgery in order to avoid a commonly seen mistake- creating a feminized appearance. This is avoided by using male blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery, eyelid lift surgery) techniques including the special placement of incisions and treating conservatively. Thermage has been used to gently lift his eyebrows to a more youthful position. |
