Patient ideal candidate for surgery including laser resurfacing and facelift. AFTER: Combination therapy including Thermage to increase skin tone and tighten the neck and jaw line, enhanced later by Contour ThreadLift. Deep wrinkles treated with a medium depth TCA peel. Patient did not want any procedures that would result in significant downtime.
