50 year old, Female, 135 lbs lbs, 5'3", Medium skin tone
This patient complained of back and neck discomfort from her large breasts. She was particularly bothered by the way they limited her running. She underwent approximately a 500 gram breast reduction on each side and went from a 36D to a 36C cup size.
