This patient from Philadelphia had depressions under the eyes. She did not want to undergo blepharoplasty, and for good reason - blepharoplasty would have resulted in a hollow appearance to her eyes. The procedure involves the injection of Restylane into the tear trough area under both eyes. It is painless. There is some bruising, typically for a few days. After that, results are excellent.
