Mrs. Smith underwent complete maxillary reconstruction and rehabilitation. She was missing several teeth that never developed during her early adulthood. As a result her smile was full of empty spaces and gave the appearance that she had not taken care of her teeth. To the contrary, Mrs. Smith was very dilligent with her dental care. Mrs. Smith's full transformation was completed over just 3 appointments. The restoration you see in the pictures is a "Roundhouse Bridge" which basically connects the healthy teeth she had together and allows us to place teeth in to fill the spaces. The result is a very realistic looking set of teeth that not only improved her smile, but gave her better ability to chew her food.
