Erin is a young lady who was very uncomfortable with the spaces in her smile. She was missing permanent teeth that never did come in after her "baby" teeth fell out. Several years ago a dentist tried to close the gaps a little but, it just never looked right to her. After discussing all of Erin's concerns we decided to come up with a strategy that would give her a smile to be proud of. Erin was not interested in going through braces to straighten her teeth, she was looking for immediate results. The treatment plan we decided on was a gum lift with all ceramic crowns and bridges that would fill in the gaps and give her a more realistic, uniform smile. After the surgical gum lift Erin wore temporaries that looked like the finished product while everything was healing. This gave her the chance to "test drive" her new smile. When we got everything balanced and in harmony, impressions were taken of her teeth and Cercon crowns and bridges were fabricated.
