Ballantyne Center for Dentistry serves the needs of people not just in Charlotte, North Carolina, but in the surrounding areas. Many of our patients come from Gastonia, Shelby, Belmont, Mint Hill, Rock Hill, and Fort Mill for their cosmetic dentistry. Carla is one of those people. She heard an advertisement on the radio about our office and decided to check us out. Carla was unhappy with her smile and had noticed over the years that her teeth were wearing down, especially in the back. This was starting to effect not just her smile but her outward appearance, creating a "mushed down" look. After discussing the most appropriate options she decided to invest in getting her teeth fixed for good. This involved putting crowns on almost all of her teeth to correct her bite, raise up everything to the appropriate position, and regain a beautiful smile. twenty four empress all ceramic crowns were used to rebuild Carla's smile. Carla decided to phase her case over a year due to financial considerations. We built her upper teeth up first and then after 6 months we finished the lower teeth. Everything worked out wonderfully and now Carla is enjoying the final results of her new smile.
