Mr. M didn't like his smile. He had thought about doing something about it for some time, but the timing wasnt right; that is until now. He also knew he had some issues with the back teeth, but he really wanted to see what could be done about his smile first. After a consultation and a new patient exam, a treatment plan was made to include the anterior 8 maxillary teeth for a smile rejuvenation. The complete treatment plan included several other crowns on the posterior molars. Mike was excited to get started, so after the prelimanry impressions and photos, the big day arrived. The anterior eight maxillary teeth were prepped for eight Empress veneers. Mike was happy to give free reign over to me for the customization of his veneers. He tolerated the procedure like a champ and could hardly wait the 4 weeks to get the porcelain restorations. Four weeks later, the temporaries were removed, the veneers placed and Mike was to return in 2 days for adjustments, and final polish. Mike, needless to say, was estatic with the results and the life-like characterziations that we put into his esthetic porcelain veneers. He could hardly wait to get the other work done so his whole mouth would look good.
