Ms. J was no stranger to dental work. Six years previously, a dentist had placed crowns and bridges on the upper teeth. Ms. J just accepted the fact that her teeth looked theway they did and nothing more could be done about it. That is until her friend that works in the dental field told her about the new colors that were available in porcelain and the work the "guys in Ballantyne" could do. She came in for a consulation and after a quick review of her oral conditions, it was recommended she come back for a thorough new patient visit. Meanwhile, a photo was taken, imaging of before and after completed and sent to her. Two days later, she received her pictures and was quite pleased with the proposed look that she brought them in with her at her new patient visit and said..."make them look just like that". After the preliminiary radiographs, impressions, and comprehensive evaluation, it was decided to completely replace the dental work on the maxillary teeth. It was to be a combination of porcelain to high noble metal crowns and bridges. After getting through the temporization phase and completing the delivery, Ms. J was quite happy with the results and couldn't stop smiling ear to ear. She couldnt believe how nice they turned out.
