This is a 59 year old patient from Chula Vista California, who came to see double board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Tom Pousti regarding removal and replacement of her silicone implants that she had since 1976. In 1980 the patient had to undergo another surgery for encapsulation and remove the scar tissue. After 30 years the patient had a rupture and needed them to be removed and replaced. This patient is a registered nurse case manager and knew of many cosmetic surgeons but felt that Dr Pousti was the most experienced and had seen that his patients have wonderful results. She is now 4 months post op removal and replacement breast augmentation with saline implants of 525cc and is extremely happy with her results.
