This is a 28 year old patient from Hemet, California interested in enhancing her breasts. The patient was referred to Dr. Pousti by a previous patient who had a breast augmentation. She started off with plenty of breast tissue but wanted more fullness all around (mostly on top). The patient wanted to go at least 2 cup sizes larger. At her consulation Dr. Pousti discussed the approach for the breast augmentation. The patient selected the inframammary approach (under the breasts). Here you can see the incisions and she is 2 weeks post op breast augmentation. This patient has 475cc saline implants. She is extreamly happy.
